I would consider myself a fan of DC (but not a fanboy), and I thought that the first suicide squad film was harshly criticised, but I'm still trying to work out how this film has got such good reviews. The plot is unoriginal, boring and disjointed, to the point where I can't really comment on the acting as this was definitely not worse than the story. As well as this, the various attempted jokes rarely landed. The only reason I wouldn't give it 1 star is because the fights scenes were choreographed quite well.
