This is one of the greatest things ever. The combination of the absolutely awe-inspiring beauty and vertiginous drops of Pike's Peak, the Peugeot 405 T16 and Ari Vatanen makes something almost perfect. The camera work is breathtaking, the editing flawless and the music spot on. It will not be possible to make a better video of Pike's Peak than this. The road has been metalled all the way to the top, so no more handbrake turns round hairpin bends in the gravel, which is a great shame but we have this jewel of a short film to capture the excitement of the hill climb when it was at its best. If you have even the most passing interest in motorsport, you have got to watch this video. It is absolutely great.
