I enjoyed the original film, nowhere near as good as other 80's films but still worth taping when it came on the TV to watch again. But Disney and their evergrowing need to crowbar in diversity to every film and show it spews out these days have threw up all over the original film with this nonsense TV show. Everything in this show feels forced and the sheer amount of cool rock songs that get trashed in it are crazy, i mean almost every song you've picked is sung by a male singer, but you've chose to cover them with this awful wanna be teen band who has a female lead. So disrespectful. And wth is that stupid thing Elora is wearing, whoever came up with that needs sacked. Spent most of the first few episodes trying to work out what it even is... A torn jumper? Cardigan? Cape?
