It could have easily been the movie of international standards with such a good VFX and interesting story if not for some irritating sequences.
SPOILERS AHEAD
So the first thing I felt bad about the film was no solid character development for main villian like who the f*** he is. How he can get to such a high position of human race and he seems like a really old weak person eventhough he can be immortal, is he having superpowers of a mythical being to easily enslave and
control so many people? If Ashvathaama can be held under control for some ten minutes by technology or any random person why not that 'old being' be controlled?
It was also ridiculous to see normal people trying to kill after knowing God is in womb. You need not be devotional but come on... who can succeed killing God and live in a place peacefully since it is known that He is the creator of this whole universe?
Also there were few flaws some acceptable, some not acceptable like one Shambaalawala dies so emotionally in a fight with a mini-villian only for him to raise like a Mummy from the sand which was kind of annoying.
And finally our Baahubali... I got so tired watching him and was like why this super-selfish person is important in this story? Then the climax had a twist that he is a reincarnation and that was enough for me to start loving the whole movie for few seconds... I felt fulfilled for spending my hours but boom.. He is Karna and clearly misunderstood him to be Dhuriyodhana. If it were Dhuriyodhana, the whole character development matches exactly but my bad... It's Karna.
Overall, since I saw in OTT I would say it is a good movie to watch once while casually scrolling through your mobile. No references were carried along like Sci-fi movies I have seen. I won't say I am eager for second part but I'll try to watch it just like the first part.
