(Spoiler free) I'm not going to be angry and long in this review and instead just state my opinion. I'll also be looking at this from the perspective of someone who never watched the original he-man It's not good. The characters are very shallow with no relatability or character development. Teela in particular is very arrogant and angry. These are all fine traits to have in a character as long as they are addressed as part of character development and they never are. The plot lacks any drive because the stakes don't feel important at all. We're never given a reason to care about this world and what's at stake. Tje plot doesn't accomplish what it sets out to accomplish. But focusing on the positives, the show is gorgeous. The animation is beautiful to look at and the voice acting and music aren't bad either. In closing I wouldn't waste my time on this show. Thanks for reading!
