This movie is quirky and tells 3 or 4 different stories connecting Kansas journalism with a French city. Jouralism, Art, French protests, prison, Ed Norton are all stirred up in a cultural milieu that is baked into an artsy quiche to be savored. It's a black and white movie dipped in film noire with a satirical icing of literate panache. Best movie I've seen in years.
