This show exhibits key characteristics of human nature as exemplified by the likes of Thomas Hobbe. It shows the inherent human greed, the human stupidity, and the human likeness and want to guarantee himself above all else. Moto Patlu, as this Indian show is called, shows the story of two individuals masterfully crafted to serve as a parody on the state of real human affairs. The society shown in the show is reminiscent of the pseudo-tribe that was created in "Lord of the Flies", which quickly fell apart due to conflict and power struggles. This is the very same. Moto and Patlu are reminiscent of the two sects presented in Lord of the Flies, each having very different philosophies which often conflict. They are reminiscent of Hitler and Stalin in WW2, of Kennedy and Khuruschev, and Odoacer and Augustulus. This is a masterful show which makes one look inward for justification of the wild concepts presented in the aforementioned, and is something which challenges human norms that have been place for thousands of years. One can safely say that this is THE pinnacle of human culture, and will remain so for millions of years to come.
