Horrible experience. I had booked an initial call with Hook point- Royce . He started the call with no set of expectations on how hook point can guide a new launch business, no clear questions to understand about my business . Instead he asked me how long I am following B Kane and based on video footage Thts how they will services. He also insisted me to turn on my video to have a better conversation. Inspite of me telling him I am not comfortable with video calls due to around my kids. It looks like Royce wasn’t prepared for the meeting and put forward how a business can get support. Looks like Hookpoint is taking clients for granted and don’t care .
