Switch review. I love mortal kombat. I have since 1992 and my Mom said I couldn't buy it for my game gear. I loved mk8 through 11. It was fresh and new and nostalgic for the old series. But this one.... this one should be avoided. Avoid this game because the menus don't work and take forever to load. Avoid this game because every model needs to be rendered and just finished. Avoid this game because heads that you knock off of your opponent should not float in mid air with crazy hair. Everytime. Avoid this game because the cutscenes lag and require loading screens in the middle of scenes mid dialogue. Avoid this game because Those load screens take forever. Avoid this game because models dissapear, their clothes do their own thing and it's unplayable as a fighter. Worst of all, avoid this game because of the lack of blood. TLDR this is the Sonic the hedgehog with teeth of the mk verse and it shows. I spent 120 on this because it was something loved. Don't be me and avoid this game, save your money and play mk8
