I would do 1 star if I could it is dumb. The mother dies almost immediately. It is violent and does not have a moral. It has too much fighting, and I mean like way to much. It’s unrealistic. I mean kids don’t run away and go and fight a whole bunch of adults. And the whole “spirit” thing is weird. P.S the songs are really really bad I remember one saying “be strong, have courage, be brave, never be scared....” and so on. It is horrible

It’s bad It does not follow the book at all. The whole “mustang spirit” thing is weird. And it’s unrealistic I rescue horses and own 2 horses of my own and I can tell you you and a wild horse don’t have a solid foundation of trust in under 5 seconds it takes time and patience. And the thing with Jo saying “you are the only one who understands me beauty.” It dumb like the horse is standing there. How is that understanding? And when her uncle is nice and she is mean back is a bad thing for kids to copy. And kids copy everything. And a wild horse is not going to just let you jump on their back trust me. And there is no way a Newbie can gallop on her first time. Weird weird weird
