Let me start by saying I have never written a review for a movie regardless of whether I loved one or hated one but I feel the need to warn the masses of this one. To put it simply, this movie sucks. I have never been more confident in being able to write a better film than I do now. Do not expect this movie to have any sense of realism. Expect nothing but stupidity mixed with bad acting. The audacity of M. Night Shyamalan to insert himself with pride into this tragedy of a movie. The worst part is having to see Kid Cudi apart of this. Why!?!? Someone in his team needs to be fired for this. I don’t mind bad movies but this one seemed like it wants to be bad in all the wrong ways. Knowing how this director butchered Avatar the last airbender live action debut I still wanted to give it a fair chance but I was so wrong. I feel robbed of 1 hour and 45 minutes of my life. I’m sorry but the 5 star reviews have to be paid for or bots. Nobody who enjoys good movies could find any pleasure in this one. Just don’t do it.
