Has some major issues like floating cars. You need to have more experienced giving feedback to your team and if ignored then they get annoyed. Also resource management should me a thing. Also asking for inputs should be an addition. Also suggested setups could be a thing. Adding management for F3 and F2 teams. Like F1 22 you should have a my team career mode. Driver development programs should be added. And VSC during Free Practice should be removed and replaced with red flags. During hiring you should have to qualify your driver with a super licence rather than just picking someone from F3 to drive for red bull.
