Why is that female detective not moving her arms when walking? Why would FBI hire a person like her who's clearly incompetent and disturbed apart from being slightly psychic? I found her acting stiff and annoying. Nic Cage is himself playing a character that's a parody of himself. It was laughable and not one bit terrifying. The cinematography was spot on and excellent and the same goes for the score. It felt like the 90s and not because of Bill Clinton's picture in every FBI room. Way before the end of the movie, me and friends had already established who's who and what they did. It was predictable. What an overhyped pretentious movie. The end result was silly and gave no answers.

Honestly, the filmmakers are absolutely insane. Insanely good. I watched The Endless twice then proceeded to watch this one, given it was done by the same directors. It's absolutely refreshing to watch films that keeps you guessing and thinking a lot, it becomes part of a puzzle adventure. I really admire this kind of filmmaking and these two interconnected films that have become a rare gem nowadays. Sure there's lots of dialogue but it's a damn good one between two good friends, it all builds up the tension and characters. If you're looking for a CGI fest please look elsewhere, this is a fantastic film. Highly recommended followed by The Endless if you haven't come across that one yet.

Lovely anime show that's suitable for all ages or family time. I used to watch it as a child in the late 80s and was glued to TV. But when one watches it as an adult, you'll start seeing it from a different perspective. It becomes better with age. An overall fantastic show.

It was good until it attempted to deliver character developments, that's when it fell flat. Thing is, I seriously didn't care about any of them as none was likable enough. Couldn't get invested in any of their personal stories which dragged throughout the show. Because of that, Next got little time in the show. If it was this allegedly super intelligent bot, surely it would've caused way more havoc than it did here. Overall, it's good that it got cancelled. There's not a lot of thoughts that were invested in it anyway. Having said that, there are tons of other shows that are much worse and aren't cancelled. It's bad luck I guess.

For anyone to consider this nonsense a sci-fi is beyond me. The whole plot is very predictable after 20 min into the film. The acting is good but the story is utter rubbish. It's a shame I was dragged into this film what a waste of time.

The word 'boring' has hit a new low. I was very excited to watch this show after hearing it was incredible etc but only to be disappointed. I think Ben Stiller is capable of producing things and that's slow drama. This is not a thriller and nothing shocking is in store for you. After the 2nd episode, things are pretty much the same, there's drama for sure but that's about it. Don't get me wrong, it's a good concept and one that hits home on a philosophical level. Sadly, it goes nowhere. The acting is good but the audience need more action and there's none there. So much staring is done by actors it forces you to fast forward as it leads nowhere. Save yourself time and don't watch.

Review of The Terror (not 2nd season). Absolute stellar cast and amazing dialogues. What a hidden gem of a show. The whole season was very atmospheric, chilling and emotional. The story is not fixated with one specific event but evolves around many characters and their problems incorporating the feeling of isolation and madness occurring within the crew inside and outside the ships. The events involving the beast is just a side story only making the show better as the crew struggle to make sense of everything including their mental health.

Excellent story. We should learn a thing or two from it.

The fact that this has anything above 1 star rating is beyond me. Don't know what people came here to watch but this sure ain't another Marvel show like the previous ones. It's a proper Disney Christmas kid friendly special. It's like watching a parody of Hawkeye. This is about a young random girl who takes on baddies and throws them around like she's captain Marvel whilst being inspired by Hawkeye after catching glimpses of him when he fought aliens in first Avengers. Absolute trash. Renner should've declined this humiliation of a show (and being a side kick) but I guess the pay cheque was somewhat heavy. I was hoping for Ronin the character to be explored and its consequences. It would have been an epic show but what a shame, instead we get a random Disney girl show. Pass!
