The books were great. This movie was not. I do enjoy Tyler Perry movies but his acting was so bland and had zero emotion. The relationships in this movie seemed forced. It was hard to get emersed in this movie there was no emotion coming from most of the actors. Also the shaky camera was distracting. Would not rewatch ever.
