I have been a fan of DWTS and watching this program since its inception. This is the first in all that time that I have been thoroughly disappointed with the voting audience. Seems they vote for personality/character and not what the show is meant for, which is professionals teaching "stars", with any kind of experience or not, to DANCE to a selected style. It is not a popularity contest, which it seems to have been with this last finale "star" winner. The voting public has voted out some very fine "star" dancers, particularly toward the end of the show, who should be recognized for their dancing talent. I'm very glad that everyone (the stars) had a great deal of fun and that the world of dance had a positive impact on them. This show should be about who of the "stars" has learned the finesse of each of the selected dances they are being taught, and the culmination of all the dance styles up to the Finale, not about popularity.
