I am so glad I went to see this movie for myself. I can disregard haters that are saying the movie does not depic the truth about slavery. It was written amazingly well. The movie was inspiring, great actors, with scenery, that depicted true slave conditions during that era. It was so real. Congratulations to my home boy, Gregory Allen Howard for a story well wrtten. I loved it.
