This movie has nothing to do with feminism but everything to do with pure stupidity. I love cheesy movies, they're fun to watch, and I can ignore/forgive everything. But the movie did not tell us what was that thing, the rat that can fly. That's unforgivable. The movie is set in a period of the real world, it's not a fantasy movie that we will accept everything unexplained. The direction and editing was lousy, awkward scenes, wrong expressions form the actors, mismatching background score etc etc. If you want to make female character oriented movies, make ones like Annihilation, The Old Guard etc
