This epic movie was beautifully cast. The scenery did look like that of the Adriondak Mtns. of which I have hiked! Though I enjoyed the romance aspects; the military battles had me mesmerized in their authenticity. I took special interest in this era as I worked as a docent with the Ct., Derby Historical Society ; for the David Humphrey, "A Day in 1767" Program for 5th graders. Thank you to our Native Indians for all you have taught~
