Oh No

In my opinion Legacies is a really good show, I would say its better than its predecessors. The characters are actually pretty likable and the plot of season 1 so far has had me very engaged. I think the problem is its demographic looks at cheesy, kinda bad writing and thinks its amazing quality and this shows writing is actually pretty good and I don't find myself cringing nearly as hard as when I watched tvd. Don't get me wrong I liked the originals and tvd but in a "I'm a teen who likes watching cringy teen things" way but I can watch legacies in a normal high entertainment value way. I'd even put legacies on a supernatural tier. Unfortunately I think legacies will have a hard time expanding their demographic because people outside of the tvd fandom will expect the same cheesy quality out of legacies that we got from tvd. Nevertheless I do hope this show prevails and lives a long prosperous screen life.
