The lead Actor and actress Played their role pretty well. Doctor cha and His Resident Students Effort to Save the Patient from Their Pain and how he was so much dedicated to his doctor job. Each patient and identifying their diseases will be like a sherlock homes detective job. there will also be Twist and turns in the last Episodes and have a happy ending.
