Nero Forte and Unsainted are the only good tracks on this album!!! This was a big let down for myself and several friends...I have been listening to Slipknot since MFKR...This album is very phoned in and the guitar work is just Lazy...I'm not going to jump on the BS bandwagon I have to be honest!!! I've really tried so hard to enjoy this one but it's just not there...Spiders is possibly the worst song Slipknot has ever written!!!

Down to the Bone has a couple of standout tracks...Monday Morning Breakdown and Wings of a Cloud are very well written but the rest of this album's tracks are just basic.

Just an amazing album by Quiet Riot.Randy Rhodes put's on a guitar clinic in every track and even has an early ''Ozzy'' riff in the live solo for ''Laughing Gas'' Shortly after he joined Ozzy Osbourne he used this riff for (Suicide Solution) Besides the masterful guitar work this album has many great tracks to make you rock out!!!

People think that this is their first album and that's not the case...This album did launch their career into the mainstream with the Title track Metal Health...This is an amazing album with almost every track being memorable and well written..''Don't want to let you Go'' is possibly the best track that Quiet Riot has written and Recorded to date.

QR 3 is an amazing album...Twilight Hotel stands out the most on this one and Outshines most of their more popular tracks...The B side has some really great Gems also. You can hear some riffs that were recycled by many bands later down the road.

This is a great follow up to Metal Health...Mama We're all crazy is the top track on this one and is just as good as any of the hits on Metal Health. Sign of the Times and Condition Critical are also great tracks.
