Incredibly entertaining and epic, along with offering spectacular visuals. Godzilla VS Kong is the jewel in the crown of the Monsterverse. With the advancement of technology since the original black and white film, Godzilla Versus Kong where two of the most iconic movie monsters battle against each other, is absolutely incredible along with the military arsenal, imagination of futuristic technology, the destruction and mayhem. The third character in the fight is the cherry on top of the cake that will complete the satisfaction for Monsterverse fans. It has been so many years before a modernised take on the clash of the two titans, and Legendary has done it and delivered. The young girl character which has a strong bond with Kong and the bridge between humanity and Kong, has also played a very important role in the film.

A superb and gripping thriller Korean thriller film. Excellent acting by the leading characters. There was a strong atmosphere of fear, shock, despair, anxiety and hopelessness. The villain was convincingly terrifying and intimidating for me. The supernatural time travel manipulation plot might be confusing and leave logical holes but nevertheless it makes up for a very entertaining and creative film. The time travel element through phone call makes the story really interesting. I wished that the ending was more optimistic whereby the evil, cruel and deranged serial killer was vanquished and punished once and for all and bring closure to the victims and the main character. Instead the film opted for a cliffhanger and dark and depressing ending. However, I felt really engaged with the contents of the film. The Call is another example that shows that South Korea is a major leader in Asia in making excellent films and shows and why it is admired. I hope that with the screening of good Korean shows such as The Call on major streaming services like Netflix, Western audiences outside of Asia would appreciate and develop interest in Asian cinema and hence Asian cinema would gain greater recognition throughout the world.
