I just watched a Murder mystery that John Giuca was convicted for, along with another defendant . At the end of the show, his case was headed to the highest Court in N Y. because a lower appellate court had overturned or vacated his case. Well so NOW I read that the higher court UPHELD his conviction, just days ago. Wow, I am beyond shocked. This case should be a Hollywood movie, The mother of Giuca is relentless. Wow
