I know that Blacks in America are not treated well and things need to change but don't forget how we treat the American Indians. There needs to be a change in that area too. It is shameful how the white man seems to think that he is the only superior person on this earth. I'm Mexican American and was born in Texas and I remember seeing signs in Woolsworth Colored ONLY and didn't understand what that meant. I also remember feeling prejudice against Mexicans and it is not a good feeling. If you look back at our history there has been prejudice against women, religions, Irish, Italians, Jews, the list goes on, I remember after moving to California and into a Navy town that race didn't matter because we were all mixed and we got along just fine.
