Crimes due to marriage infidelity are effortless contents to news papers and TV channels daily. 'Andhadhun' (Translates: 'Blindly') is one of the many movies that deals with the subject of marriage infidelity crimes but has different plot altogether. The story takes off when the protagonist, a pianist who pretends to be blind in order to achieve artistic sublimation, happens to be in a crime scene where a renowned actor is murdered by his young wife and her illicit cop boyfriend. The murderers who then finds that he is not blind goes after to get him and the story is all about how he survives them. From the moment the story sets off it keeps the audience intrigued till the end with what-happened-next twists. Such an eye pulling screen play! The scenes are positioned in such a chronology without any complexity that will not confuse the viewers. For a simple plot like that, there was not any logical mistakes that a viewer can point out facilely. Despite of all the crimes, violence in the movie and the resentful deeds that happens to the protagonist, in contrast to the characters who created resentments to him, the impeccable humane showed by the protagonist shocks both the characters in the movie and audience. That's what kept the protagonist alive in the movie and it conveys a strong message for the viewer to be kind, generous, compassionate and forgiving. The little symbolism at the end and the open-endedness-like ending gave some artistic orgasm to the viewers.
