I loved the first game and its characters. This game butchers what LOU was known for and tarnished its lore completely. If this was any other game I would have given this a 3 but they decided to take a well known name in the gaming community and make it much worse. I feel that worst of all this game is being protected from criticism due to its lgbt characters and anyone who criticizes the game for anything is somehow homophobic. In conclusion it’s trash. If you want a genuinely great game take your money elsewhere. If your an sjw that doesn’t care for video games and you just like media that panders towards you political agenda or you want to live out your power fantasy of dominating cis white males by all means buy this game you’ll love its “powerful and deeply emotional story”

Literally the best game I’ve ever played. It had its problems of course, for example its story was janky and too linear with no deeper plot besides “demon bad therefore must kill them”. As a double edged sword however, it’s overly simplified story allowed for more focus on the gameplay itself, which was the most exhilarating, action packed gameplay I’ve ever experienced.
