Jenny Livingston

I started watching season 1 and assumed it was going to be like Family Guy in space, and there is only so much of that I can stand. I was pleasantly surprised! It was funny without being terribly crude, with an interesting plot and good overall character development. My only complaint is the seriously TIRED trope of Gary getting a "no" from Gwin, then constant harrassment by Gary, "if only she would give him a chance" which of course she does and cue eye roll. Really? As soon as I saw season 2 was out I binge watched it. It's even better! Gary definitely grows as a character, and isn't always the bumbling idiot he was in season 1 which is refreshing, especially in a cartoon. The story, while a bit convoluted still flows well and adds even more character development. In season 1 I didn't much like Triborg, but he's awesome in season 2. This is a cartoon that will make you laugh, smile, cry and get excited, even the music is epic! There comes a point in season 2 (episode 9) and I was amazed at the direction it went and the events that happened. FREAKING LOVED it! If you've not watched it yet. Do it.

This was one of the worst space movies I've ever seen. Feels SUPER budget with only 1 person, and 1 tiny little pod, the entire movie is supposed to be in 0 gravity, but definitely doesn't look that way. The scenes at the end are especially terrible. Super long and drawn out, supposed to be tense but it was just irritating. Just die already and be done with it. And the "questions" the movie explores in the previous guys psot have already been answered... By SCIENCE. Do not waste your time.
