Honestly Mulan is my favorite Disney movie and I understand that making like action movies of animated films are hard and there are several variations to different storys however I did not like the movie at all. I wished it had kept on the same plot at the original and that they kept the songs in. Also that they had accurate characters from the animated version, shang was a general in the original and is this film hes not also I feel like the true of the three male friends (I forgot their names) weren't really in the movie much at all. I know acting is a very practiced skill to have but I feel the lines were carried out in such an emotionless way and I get that some of the actors have accents. Also the scenes such as the matchmaker I feel didnt show the original film very well and I think we all remember the cricket and mooshoo and the banter between the ancestors but they are no were to be found. Im jusy iberl all disappointed in how the movie turned out.
