Honestly, I didn't play enough to give it a fair rating but it really paled in comparison to the original. Personally, the 2nd offering wasn't great either. It seemed to improve technically and had an enormous amount of content, but it really lost the charm of the first game and really overcomplicated an already rather complex gameplay design. It was just too much. Too much color, too many side quests, too little cohesion. They just let you loose in this vast open world (which sounds good on paper) and overwhelm you with disjointed content and a bit of unfamiliar silliness. I was hoping that Legion would bring things back to Earth, but it ended up moving in a strange new direction that felt like an entirely new game. Heck, it might be good, but unfortunately I won't find out because I was looking for Watch Dogs...
