Fantastic book! I could always tell a good leader from one who needs more time and effort to grow, but could never really describe the qualities as in-depth as I’d like. Mr. Brouker did a great job doing just that in this work. The way he defines and describes trust and care as leadership qualities were especially helpful in that I feel I can now articulate those descriptions better as I move along in my career and teach others. I especially enjoyed that he brought up some of the moments in his career where he was faced with leaders who were missing the target, so to speak. These points of conflict personally caught my attention more than some of the other content, because I always pondered what I’d do in that situation. I actually paused in these moments to think about it, and then carried on to hear how he handled it. I am extremely happy that he spent the time and effort to write the book and share these qualities and characteristics with others.
