I just saw it tonight!!! And no offense, but I disagree with many of these reviews!! Not about the technical aspects, but just that I was more in it for the experience. I completely adored the film for what it was! I had no priar knowledge going in other than seeing the trailer. I loved it! Every second! The acting was beautiful, I fell in love with the characters right away. Truthfully the characters are what made everything so good. I loved the plot, a lot of twists I didn’t see coming!! And I’m usually really hypocritical about predictable plots. The visuals were just GORGEOUS. Every moment there was something new to look at. 100% felt like a mixture of Lord of the Rings, Divergent, and Star Wars. A mixture I never thought I’d love more!! GO SEE IT FOR SURE!! My whole family (15 years was the youngest, oldest was 59) went to see it and had an amazing time!! We’re all going to read the book now!! I’m hoping for a second movie!! I want to see more of Hester and Tom!!!
