I went in without expectations but found that Sayonee is a mind blowing action thriller. Looks like a Hollywood blockbuster with Russian locations and Indian emotions. It is exactly what I and my friends needed to watch on the big screen after months of lockdown. It is definitely masala entertainment but with intelligent writing. The new hero heroine pair works well with actor Rahul Roy's comeback portrayal as a Russian villain. Action sequences after interval are very raw and exciting!
