Honestly had me on the edge of my bed the entire way through. Very good twists that you do not see coming at all! Wish there were more compelling films like this these days.

One of the best movies you will ever get the pleasure of experiencing.

Even though they are clearly trying to make it seem like homesteading and living off the land is wrong/impossible, it is still an exceptional film with great acting, beautiful cinematography, and just the right amount of blood.

Do yourself a favor and watch this:)

I was really hoping for something great here but instead was met with some junkie monotone woman torture drowning her own kitten because it has feline leukemia… no thanks… I like horror movies but this was just so out of place and bizarre. And not in a good way.

Honestly, with the terrible new movies today, this classic always makes me smile. Anytime it comes on around Halloween, I always watch it. Don’t listen to the haters, rotten tomatoes and IMDB are wrong on this completely. Great storyline, strong actors/acting, and awesome/believable gore! Definitely a favorite and one of the top ten best horror movies of all time.

Honestly phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and watch this. Great actors, beautifully thought provoking plot, and wonderful cinematography that keeps you entranced until the very end. It’s a bit prophetic especially when you look around at our society today, so just be ready for that. I highly recommend and feel lucky to have stumbled across it in my Starz movie suggestions.
