I just wish Ms. Ray would address the lower sodium requirements being recommended by all health care providers. My husband and I are on a 2000 mg. sodium diet. I have made some of her dishes eliminating or cutting back on the salt and they are flavorless. I wish she would do a show which addresses a 2K sodium diet. That means no salt added, no salted butter, extremely limited cheese, pasta, and bread. I realize Ms. Ray comes from the restaurant field, which is the biggest source of high sodium diets. (Some restaurant single meals contain more than 4 days worth of sodium.) However, I do feel she is an experienced chef and could bring guests on who address the lower sodium issues.
