ok can we just praise the correlation to what black people and turning it into something a little campy yet still serious and relatable I know a lot of us in this day and age go through this especially teens like me who are constantly told that curls and frills are just nappy and that straight weave is the way to go

this movie hit very close to home.....but I think that's what made it so good the way it instilled fear that had already been sparked from current events was clever
