Bobby Flay, you have disappointed me.... i normally love your cooking and your ways... at the "worse cooks in america" finale.. you decided to add some "amarillo, panca and rocoto pepper" which are native Peruvian not just "Latin", and also used a "How to make JUANES" which is a native Peruvian jungle food.... I hope next time, you know where everything is coming from and not just how it taste, or what may make you win something. As a Peruvian person, I know there is humongous difference in our cooking, I hope next time you try to bring some culinary culture into your plates, you have the time to figure out where they are coming from, we all don't just come from "one place".
