This game is just barely playable. There are well known documented bugs that prevent progressing in the game, but so many lesser bugs it makes the game not fun to play. The controls are clunky and most of your deaths will come from trying to do something but your character doing the opposite and then getting stuck in animation. In combat, there are too many actions mapped to one button. Parrying is the same button and secondary attacks, which is its own set of problems. Your eagle vision is the same as placing traps. The exploration has literally given me nightmares this week where I’m running back and forth across the map just to get to my destination and either realize I’m missing a key or the game bugs out and crashes. Even the story tries way too to make each mission longer than it needs to be so they can boast about it being a long game. It’s not fun. It’s tedious and annoying. I’m 25 hours in and still feels like I’m at the end of the beginning of the game. In my settlement, important characters I need to talk to are there but I can’t talk to them. I’ve played every main game Assassins Creed since they’ve come out. This is the worst one, if not the worst game I’ve ever played. I would go as far to say I hate this game. Hopefully an update soon to fix the controls at the very least. I blame the pandemic for me even wasting my time on this game, as my time is there to be wasted
