Bordertown is a crime drama, with a cast of believable characters , not the glamour model types you will undoubtedly find in a lot of Hollywood style productions. If you want cops with guns and explosions every minute, Bordertown may not be for you, because that is not what the people and locations are about. However, if you are tired of the same old cliched format used over and over again in crime dramas, and like to 'travel' to different locations for a change, perhaps even with subtitles, you may get a more interesting flavour to entertain you. Sweden, Sicily or Finland, all have excellent productions, with exceptional characters, that are well worth investing viewing time.
