More of a 4.7/5. This game was great. It had some slow points, but overall it was fantastic. The gameplay was a step up from the first one, and the story was on par with the first as well. First off absolutely do not listen to anyone who hasn't played the game for themselves. A lot of people gave up on the game at the begining, and I'd say don't give their reviews the time of day. Others quit around the halfway point, and I'd say to not listen to them either. If you can't finish the game, or refuse to, your review is pretty much meaningless. The people who completed the game, and are actually critiquing the game, I'd listen to, but if they come off as negative just stop right there, and move on. You don't want someone else's distaste for something to rub off on you. You also don't want to only listen to overly positive reviews too much. I agree the game has flaws, and isn't perfect, but it is still an extremely solid experience.
