It had great storylines. The mother/daughter relationship across two different generations. Young love across two generations. Reflective love from two elder men, each sharing their experiences of love and the relationship. The love and bond of a seasoned couple with young children. The right amount of humor without making it a comedy. Beautifully shot in two different cities. Celebration of Black Love without the inclusion of racism or a disappointing stereotyped view of the Black Family. The music is wonderful!! The whole experience It reminded me of how I felt when I saw Love Jones (the film) for the first time. I plan to see it a few more times before it leaves the theater! Issa and LaKeith did that!
