Nearly everything is great, good but not too great of details. Could add a settlement building system, more than 1 Ally per C.A.M.P with Allies that are guards, maybe even a upgraded version of Fallout 4's Minutemen Procedural Quests, but more diverse quests, then yes, it would really deserve 5 stars
