I love the show, and the team transforms homes beautifully. However, the estimated budget for the renovation does not make any sense. I am not sure where they get these estimates to renovate the space! The actual construction cost is more than double in real life. It needs to provide real numbers to the viewers. That is why I am only giving three stars!
