I tired my hardest not to pick favourites in this season so I wouldn’t have a bad bias on this season. However, the favouritism, ignorance, and lack thereof appropriate criticism truly ruined this season for me. In comparison to the Rupaul brand this show is nothing. It’s depressing to see contests inaccurately judged and reprimanded. The judges were terrible, Hytes and Chapman genuinely didn’t do their jobs and were ridiculous to even have to listen too. I wouldn’t recommend this show. It’ll make you want to throw your remote through the tv more times than you can count. Too many girls were ripped off, the talent they all collectively brought to the show and closer to the end (I won’t name who) were sent home unfairly! It’s insane to believe that for a show that represents Rupaul and that brand allows the dreaded leotards to live on and win 🤭🥴 whereas the girls that have brought talent throughout the entire season are ignored. Depressing really doesn’t cover it for me. All respect to all contestants but not for this season, I strongly believe it should’ve ended differently and that would’ve been made through fairer and actual judgment. Not favourites. Would try looking forward to the next season if the judges were different.
