This T.V show is extremely disappointing. I grew up with Punky as a kid, always watching it. It was my absolute favorite thing. I remember I used to mismatch my socks and stuff (And still do because of her). But now..this redo is just sad. There is nothing about it that is like Punky! Her fashion isn't at all like Punky and neither is her attitude. And even that Punky wouldn't have raised her kids like that! Or treated her ex like that. It's just absolutely tragic. Plus the theme song redo..is horrible. I barely even recognized it. I was one of the biggest fans of Punky Brewster and let me just say. If you were thinking about watching. Just don't. It's horrible. You'll be disappointed. They bring so much politics into it.. and I hate that. Can't we have a show without politics ruining it?
