I have no idea why the reviews are so bad for this movie. People are complaining saying it's "not scary". It's for children... What are you expecting? It's funny, the story is interesting and it's very entertaining.

If you've not seen the originals... You'll hate it. If you have... It's amazing.

I don't understand why this is rated so low. Yes, it's extremely cheesy and dated... My god is it hilarious and fun though. Eddie Murphy had be in absolute stitches. Very much Reccomend this! It's a classic.
