As a die hard Godzilla fan, I loved this movie. It was a nod to the lore of the Japanese Godzilla Movies and a fun time in the theater. It is an action filled must see movie for any Godzilla fan or or action/disaster movie fan.

Many people compare this movie to A Quiet place but it is more like a good version of The Happening. The back and forth between past and present events is done in a way that makes sense. The movie is suspenseful. The things causing it are kept mysterious with one person's theory being demons or evil spirits but no true explanation being given. I recommend giving it a try if you like suspensful apocolyptic movies.
