It really was just boring. The story isn't captivating. The villain is weak and there so sense of depth with that character. Everything in the story is explained in long info dumps. Its better to show rather than tell. The plot of the movie is ridiculous. There was no point in the movie where you are really amazed. Also, the new agent smith looks and acts like a cable TV villain.
