I remember when Kojak first came to TV, in the sevenities, I was a teenager, it was an entertaining series my favourite of all television cop series. Telly Savales in the lead role was very convincing, no wonder the series became a huge success worldwide, how was I to know being Irish born and bred that I would walk those same streets in the late 80's as an Irish emigrant, spent eight years in the USA, a big country and the american women!
