Mayo Agard-Olubo

Slow, boring and full of recycled tropes you've seen a million times. The plot makes no sense and there are no explanations given for why anything is happening. Late on there's a stupid twist that makes no sense if you think about it for longer than a second and an "emotional" ending that isn't really earned. Overall a terrible film that should be avoided. Don't waste your time

This film is terrible and not because it isn't scary (it isn't) or because it's slow paced (it is incredibly slow) but because it's so embarrassingly predictable. Nothing will surprise you because every major plot point can be seen coming from about an hour before it happens. It's boring and way too long considering it has no real plot or character development to speak of. If you've seen the wicker man don't waste your time, there's nothing new. Even if you haven't seen that film there's nothing worth watching here.
