Absolutely love Doctor Who. Each new Doctor has brought something new and interesting to the series - and I have adored each and every one of them. While sad to see a Doctor go, it is also exciting to see what the new Doctor would bring to the series.
Eccleston's Doctor: First of the "Modern Who Doctors". Some great episodes in this one season. Sorry there was only one season to get to know this Doctor. On rewatch, I really enjoy this version of the Doctor. The only episode I skip on rewatch is "Father's Day" - not because it isn't great - but because it is too emotional for me.
Tennant's Doctor: "Girl in the Fireplace", "Blink", and "Silence in the Library"/"Forest of the Dead" are favorite episodes of seasons 2-4 with this Doctor. Most episodes are good - I am just less likely to rewatch most of them. Absolutely adored Tate as the Doctor's companion, Donna.
Smith's Doctor: One of my favorite seasons to rewatch. In fact, I've rewatched seasons 5 and 6 more than any others. Love Amy and Rory as companions, but I could just never connect with Clara as companion.
Capaldi's Doctor: I adore Capaldi as The Doctor. In fact, so far he is my favorite Doctor. Finally connected with Clara as companion - and adored Bill when she was introducted. Too many favorite episodes to list here.
Whittaker's Doctor: Very much The Doctor and I adore the new companions. I'm looking forward to season 12 in just under a week.
